How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@welcomelane.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
